Navigate to View All Reports and choose Category: Scheduling. These reports are also available from Scheduling Process > Scheduling Process Dashboard or from the Reports tab.
Various reports are available to assist with the scheduling process. Categories within the Scheduling Process Dashboard contain reports that are pertinent to the category. Reports are identified by the report icon before the title. A sampling of available reports is shown below.
Scheduling Course Request Listing ↑
The Scheduling Course Request Listing report displays the course requests for each student and is printed in order by grade level and student name. It can be used to verify a student’s requests and to see which students have none, invalid, or too few requests. The following is an example of the Course Request Listing report.
Scheduling Course Requests Analysis ↑
The Scheduling Course Request Analysis report displays the total requests for each course, total seats available, seats short, total sections offered, average class size, requests per section and the actual number of students who requested the course but have been rejected. The following is an example of the Course Request Analysis report.
Scheduling Reject Analysis Listing ↑
The Scheduling Reject Analysis Listing report displays all students who have rejected course requests. This listing includes the classes selected and gives the reason for any classes rejected. The Scheduling Master Schedule must be created prior to running this report. The following is an example of the Reject Analysis Listing report.
Scheduling Class Schedule ↑
The Scheduling Class Schedule report is available from the Print Scheduling Class Schedule button on the Course Requests page. This report will print all course requests that have been added and/or scheduled into the SSS table. Information displayed on the report will include period, term, days, section, course, teacher and room. The following is an example of the Scheduling Class Schedule.
This report can also be printed for all students. To include all students, print the Student Class Schedule for all Students report, which can be printed using the SMS/SSS or MST/SEC. Additional options include the ability to sort report, sort classes, limit grade ranges, print for a specific term and group by a specific term. Filters can be used to include inactive students and/or only print students with course requests. This report honors a keep/skip statement in Query. Student Course Requests or Print Course Requests ↑
The Print Course Requests report is available from a button in the Course Requests page and will print all course requests that have been added to the SSS table. Information displayed on this report will include the course number and course title, and if populated, the alternate course and preferred teacher. This report can also be printed for all students. The Student Course Requests for all Students report, available from the Reports tab or View All Reports, will have the option to sort the report and limit grade ranges. Filters can be used to include inactive students and/or only print students with course requests. This report honors a keep/skip statement in Query.
