Teacher Gradebooks can be emulated by Admins from the Teacher Emulation | Gradebook node on the navigation tree. User accounts granted “Administer” permission to the Gradebook (GBK) security area and Read permission to the Gradebook Scores (GBS) table will also be able to use Teacher Emulation.

The following page will display. The Search box can be used to search for a teacher name.

To select a teacher to emulate click on the Select button next to the teacher name.

The gradebook information for the selected teacher will display. All gradebook functionality for the teacher will be available when emulated.

While in emulation mode, the Admin user will see a Change Teacher option on the top right of the page. This option can be used to switch back to the Teacher Emulation Search area to select a different teacher.
