If a senior, 12th grader, is returning for summer school or the following school year:

Change the next school field (STU.NS) to the current school (STU.SC).
Change the next grade field (STU.NG) to 12.
Do not tag the student as graduated in Status Tag STU.TG
Do not populate the Completion Status field (STU.HSG).
Do not populate the Date Graduated field (STU.DG).
12th graders who are returning after the cohort year that are not receiving a completion status must have a E156-GD12ContinuedEd exit code.
