For districts that need to create a Scheduling Master Schedule (SMS) Board for mid-year scheduling, the following steps should be performed.

Navigate to Scheduling Setup.



The first step will be to clear out the SMS board so that you can proceed.  Select the following options, as displayed below, and click the Initialize Scheduling button.



The following confirmation pop-up will appear.  Click the OK button.



On the bottom of the page, a notification will state that an email will be sent when the process is completed.



Wait for the email confirmation that the process is complete.  The next step is to select the following options, as displayed below, and click the Initialize Scheduling button. (Options and Term choices could vary based on school MST setup.)


The following confirmation pop-up will appear.  Click the OK button.



The Scheduling Master Schedule (SMS) Board will be created.
