Overview
The Copy Data From Summer School process is used to copy summer school records into the current school. The process can be performed after summer school has ended to copy data from multiple tables including Transcripts.
Summer School - Copy Data From Summer School Process
This webinar will cover the following topics:
- Verify your summer school term(s) and identify which tables contain summer school data.
- Access the DST database and open Copy Data From Summer School.
- Select the correct database, year, source schools, and destination schools.
- Choose the tables you want to copy into students' regular school records.
- If copying grades, first update Transcript History (HIS) in the summer school database.
- Run Copy Data to Schools and review the confirmation email once processing is complete.
