This interactive session guides educational leaders through the process of using Google Workspace tools to create comprehensive help documents that support staff training in educational technology. Participants will explore best practices for designing user-friendly guides, leveraging collaborative features, and organizing content for accessibility and scalability. 


Session Content

In this session, participants will: 

  • Understand the core tools in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Forms, Sites, Drive, etc.) and their training applications
  • Create a structured help document using Google Docs or Google Sites
  • Embed multimedia (videos, screenshots, links) to enhance clarity and engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues in real-time to build and refine training materials
  • Organize and share resources effectively within their school or district
