Issue

A User enters attendance for a teacher via Classroom Attendance, but the teacher's name still appears on the Attendance Submission Log and Missing Attendance Report.

Environment

  • Classroom Attendance

Cause

User entered attendance codes and clicked Save without also clicking Mark Attendance as Complete for This Teacher


Resolution

  • Enter Attendance Codes
  • Click Mark Attendance as Complete for This Teacher
  • Click Save


Note that Section 43 no longer appears on the Attendance Submission Log


NOTE: The Mark Attendance as Complete for This Teacher and Save options work independently. Some schools retain the teacher name in the Attendance Submission Log to reflect that attendance was taken by someone else, while others prefer to clear the report by marking it complete on the teacher’s behalf.
