Issue

The Campus Attendance Summary Report fails to generate for a school. The error message received states:

“Track '' does not have dates configured for reporting period 1.”


Cause

The issue was traced to a student record missing Track (ATT.TR) (ENR.TR) and Eligibility (ATT.PR) (ENR.PR) codes in both the Current Attendance Enrollment (ATT) and Enrollment History (ENR). These missing values caused the report to fail, even though the reporting period dates were correctly configured. 


Resolution

To resolve the issue: 

  1. Run the Attendance Audit Report for the school to identify students missing Track and Eligibility codes. 
  2. For any student flagged:
    • Manually add the missing Track (ATT.TR)  and Eligibility (ATT.PR) codes to the Current Attendance Enrollment record. 
    • Upon saving, the Enrollment History Track (ENR.TR) and Eligibility (ENR.PR) will update automatically.
  3. Re-run the Campus Attendance Summary Report. It should now generate successfully.
