  • Early Childhood Development Record contains all of the complete and correct information

  • School is Flex with Primary Class Tracking 

  • Students are in a Section with Primary Teacher assigned

  • Section contains a Course with Core Proficiency - P 
    Cause
    Primary Teacher does not have a Start Date for the Section 
    Resolution
    Add Start Date to the Section, do not add an End Date if Section is still active
