Supplemental Attendance Program cannot be deleted. There is no Delete button available

Cause

If a Supplemental Attendance Program does not show the Delete button, it has Supplemental Attendance Sessions attached to it, either currently or in the past, and cannot be deleted. 

Resolution

The Supplemental Attendance Program can be set to Inactive, and have an End Date added, if it is no longer in use.
