Why is the Monthly Attendance Report missing a Program page that is included on the Monthly Attendance Summary Report?

Answer: 

The student(s) that were in the specific Program have been exited at some point. The Monthly Attendance Report does not include Year to Date information, so the affected student(s) will no longer appear on the Monthly Attendance Report for the Program that they were previously exited from. This is working as designed. The Monthly Attendance Summary Report will continue to list that Program because it includes Year to Date information for all Programs.

Example:

Student was exited from Program S on 7/26/2024

The student appears on the Monthly Attendance Report for Month 1 under Program S:

But there is no longer a page for the student in Month 2 under Program S. The student will be included in the Regular Program page from this point forward:

The Monthly Attendance Summary Report will continue to show that Grade 5 record, because the Month 1 totals will continue to roll forward in the YEAR TO DATE columns:
