Why are there two lines for one Student on the Weekly Attendance Report? 

There will be two lines on the Weekly Attendance Report when the student has a Program Change during the time period that the report is being run. 

Example:  Student was in the I-Independent Study Program through 4/1. The "I" Program line shows NE for the days in that week where the student was Not Enrolled in the "I" Program

The line with the Regular (blank) Program shows NE for the first two days when the student was in the "I" Program
