Attendance Summary on Student Attendance does not show the percentages


Environment

  • Scheduling type: Secondary or  Flex
  • School type: Alternative Ed
  • Attendance type: Period 
  • Attendance Reporting: Positive


Cause

The Attendance Summary “bubble” on the student's Attendance page does not show the percentages at Positive Attendance schools because this is how the system is designed. 


Resolution

Positive Attendance schools have access to the Student Attendance Percentages Report, which is a useful tool to see student attendance percentages. This report can be found in the Reports section of the Aeries Navigation Tree.
