To Include Student Fields (STU table) on the Teacher's attendance Screen:

1. At the School Level, navigate to the Portal Options page

2. Click on Attendance tab

3. On the Student (STU Table) Fields on Attendance Screen header:

• Enter the field code and Description

• Example below shows the LF code added and Language Fluency as the Description

• Checking the "Display Code Desc Link" box will then show the teacher the field code description when the mouse is hovered over the code value 

4. These fields will display next to the student's name on the Class Attendance page
