Why does a student whose course attendance doesn't start for several days appear on the Class Roster (Attendance) Report?
If a student is enrolled in a class on the Classes Page and the Course Attendance doesn't start for several days (or longer), the student will appear on the Class Roster (Attendance) Report because they are already enrolled in the section. This will occur unless one of the following options is selected:
- If running the report for One Month and choose the ATT Month to print the dates, choose the Enrolled During Month Selected filter option so that the student that doesn't start for several days doesn't show on the report.
- If running the report for One Day, choose the date and select the Enrolled on the Day Selected filter option
