To Query the Attendance History for one student: 

1. Navigate to the Query page

2. Paste the following query

• LIST STU AHS STU.ID STU.NM STU.GR AHS.YR AHS.EN AHS.PR AHS.AB AHS.AE AHS.AU AHS.TD AHS.TRU AHS.SU AHS.ISS AHS.ISC AHS.ISI AHS.SP AHS.HS IF STU.ID = xxxxx AND AHS.YR = 20xx-20xx
  • Make sure to replace xxxxx with the student's ID number and xx in the years to represent the needed year (e.g., 2024-2025).
  • To retrieve all years of Attendance History, remove AND AHS.YR = 20xx-20xx from the query
