The Aeries Product Roadmap is a strategic plan that outlines the high-level initiatives and features planned for development. It helps maintain alignment with goals and meet the needs of users.


Prerequisite - My.Aeries.com Account

A my.aeries.com account is needed to view the roadmap. Aeries Account Types of Admin and Users can access the roadmap through the Resource Hub > Upcoming Updates link or directly through my.aeries.com > Aeries Product Roadmap.

  • Sign-in using your my.aeries.com account
  • Create an account by selecting the "Get signed up."




Prioritization

Priorities of the roadmap are decided based on various factors including customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory requirements. The goal is to deliver the most impactful features for student success and enhance the overall experience.


Navigating the Aeries Product Roadmap

Each quarter lists the planned features and enhancements. The timeline and status of each initiative are visible.

  • Viewing the Theme: Hover over the information bubble to view the theme of the quarter. 
  • Details on Initiatives: Select the card to view feature details. This provides a deeper understanding of what’s coming and how it will benefit schools and districts.
  • Feature Categories: Use the Legends dropdown to understand the category of a feature.

Print Option

A print option of the Roadmap is also available. To access it, ensure the Confidential Documentation Notice has been read and agreed to, and then view the report. The report will download as a PDF. 




Confidence Levels

Each quarter has a confidence level indicating the certainty of its delivery. As the timeline extends, the detail and precision of the roadmap decrease due to quarterly priorities and evolving customer needs. 


Updates

The roadmap is updated regularly to reflect changes in priorities and new insights. The Last Updated field reflects when the roadmap was last updated.
