Monthly Attendance Summary Report is missing Schools when run from the District

Cause

When the Monthly Attendance Summary Report is run from the District, it is typical to not have the Recompute YTD Information box checked, because it is usually the Schools that first run the Monthly Attendance Summary Report, and they have the Recompute YTD Information box checked.



Resolution

If it is the policy that the District is not the source for Recompute YTD Information to be checked, then prior to running the Monthly Attendance Summary Report, the District staff should run the Monthly Attendance Summary Status Report to verify that the sites have previously run their Monthly Attendance Summary Report with the Recompute YTD Information box checked.  



If the school has a No in the Attendance Month that the report is being run by the District, that school's Monthly Attendance Summary Report has not been run with the Recompute YTD Information box checked, therefore it will not show up when run at the District level. The District staff would need to communicate to the schools that have a No listed to run their reports to recompute the YTD.
