Should Letters in other languages be separate from the English letters?

The translated letters should consistently use the same Letter Set. Avoid using a completely different Letter Set to prevent students from receiving the same letter multiple times.

The first letter created will be the default English letter. To add a translated version of the letter, choose a language from the Add Language drop-down.

When generating letters from the Send/Generate Letters page, the text of the letter will be generated using the student's Correspondence Language (STU.CL). If no letter exists for the student's Correspondence Language, the letter will be generated using the default English letter.
