When printing Transcripts, the Work In Progress shows the student is receiving 10 credits for each class, whereas they should only be receiving 5 credits.
Cause
The issue is caused by the Show Future Terms option being enabled in the Transcript Definitions
Resolution
- Navigate to Transcript Definitions
- Go to Record Details. Select Change at the bottom of the page.
- Uncheck the Show Future Terms option. Save the change.
