Students have been pre-enrolled (inactive tag) and will start on a future date. 

For Example: A student is going to start after the Winter break and the counseling staff wants to enter classes for future dates. 

Cause

The Grade Reporting Cycle pulls the student's classes from the Classes table, not from Course Attendance. Entering classes with future start dates in Course Attendance before Initializing the New Grade Reporting Cycle will cause the student to be included in the New Grading Cycle.  

Resolution

It is not recommended to add classes with future start dates.

Wait to add classes after the New Grade Reporting Cycle has been created
