CRDC Discipline (DISC) - ADS and DSP info

The query can be run at the district level. It will list any Assertive Discipline (ADS) codes with the Administrative Decision (Disposition - DSP) information entered by date (Bold, change to appropriate date). Include Inactive Students.

Results can be downloaded into Excel and data can be filtered by each column.

The information can be used to verify data being reported on CRDC Extract Results.
