The Principal's name that is on school correspondence such as Letters and Transcripts is not correct. Example: it is an old Principal's name or it is misspelled.
The Principal's name can be changed in School Options. This must be edited when a new Principal is onboarded to a school so the change is reflected in all areas.
1. Login to the school, go to School Info > School Options
- Choose the Edit button at the top right, or the Change button at the bottom of the page.
2. Update the Principal's Name, and possibly the Email Address field if needed. Save the change.
3. Log out of Aeries, and back in again to refresh the change in School Options, prior to running the needed Letter or Report.
