When running the Year To Date (YTD) Attendance report, the report does not show all months to date

Cause
The Monthly Attendance Summary report was not run with the Re-compute YTD option selected for all months to date. When the Monthly Attendance Summary report is not run for certain months with the Re-compute YTD option selected, no YTD information is created for those months.
Resolution
- Use the Monthly Attendance Summary Status report at the district level to determine which months were not run for the Monthly Attendance Summary report
- Run the Monthly Attendance Summary report with the Re-compute YTD option selected for each month that states "No" on the Monthly Attendance Summary Status report
- Run the YTD Attendance Totals report again and all months where YTD was created will now generate on the report.
In this example, it is currently Month 6 and the YTD Attendance Report does not show Month 6 for most schools.
- According to the Monthly Attendance Summary Status report, Month 6 Monthly Attendance Summary was not run for Schools 16, 17, 18, 32, 33, 34, 35, 38. It was only run for School 19
- The user must run Month 6 Monthly Attendance Summary report with the Re-compute YTD option selected, then Month 6 will show on the YTD Attendance Totals report.
