Issue

The Monthly Attendance Report is not showing the All Day Absence Code when the student was absent for all periods.

Cause

The All Day Code is missing from student Attendance

Resolution

In a period attendance school, the All Day Code needs to be updated (this is managed by staff)

• Update the All Day Codes
• Re-run Monthly Attendance Summary Reports for the affected months
  • Select the option to re-compute YTD totals.
