Coding Allegations of Harassment in the Civil Rights Data Collection. 

Each element is comprised of two parts from the Victims (VIC) table; the codes that indicate that the student was a Victim of Harassment or Bullying (VIC.TY), and the fields that indicate the Basis of the Harassment or Bullying (VIC.BD, VIC.BR, VIC.BB, VIC.BS or VIC.BO).
