Gradebook has an option to Add/Drop Students Automatically when Loading the Scores by Class page.  

1. Navigate to the Gradebook Dashboard, select Manage Gradebook

2. Select the Gradebook Options tab

3. Enable the Add/Drop Students Automatically when loading Scores By Class page 

• The load process of the Scores By Class page will trigger the Add/Drop Students process every 5 minutes.
