Error Printing Prior Year Transcript - User Does Not Have Permission Print

Issue:

Error message "You do not have permission to print this report in the selected year!" when trying to print a transcript from a prior school year.

Solution:

Grant the appropriate prior year permissions:

Student Data (STU) - Read
Transcripts (HIS) - Read
Transcript Report Printing - Read
