Causes: 

1. Class(es) in the student's schedule is/are not listed in the Course Attendance page

2. Term (TRM) dates are incorrect

Solution 1: 

• Navigate to the Course Attendance page
• Determine which Class is missing on the Course Attendance page
• Navigate to the Classes page
• Delete the Class 
• Re-enter the Class with the correct Course Attendance Start Date.

• Check all Term Start/End dates to ensure they do not begin before the school Calendar Start Date or extend past the school Calendar End Date
