How to send a Test Email from the Online Enrollment Admin Database


A user can send a test email to make sure the Email Configuration is set up correctly, and emails are being sent. 


1. Log in to the Online Enrollment Admin Database. Navigate to the Basic Settings tab. In the Email Configuration section, add the email address to the Test Sending Email field to send a test email. Select Send.



2. If the Email Configuration is set up correctly, an email will be sent to the email address listed



3. If the Email Configuration is not set up correctly, a popup message will show saying there was an error
