Teachers have Security Permissions set to Read for HIS (Transcripts) and Transcript Report Printing, but still do not have access to the Print button on the Transcript page.

In addition to the above-mentioned Security Permissions, there is a Portal Option that must also be selected. In the Portal Options > Grades tab, the user needs to select the checkbox to allow teachers to Print HIS Transcripts.
