Why do the Attendance Summary Totals show fewer absences than the Attendance Calendar?
When attendance is recorded for a future date, the Attendance Summary on the Student Attendance Page will not display the future Attendance Codes in the Attendance Summary Totals until that date on the calendar.
Example: The current date is 11/15. There is an Illness (I) recorded on 10/10, 10/11, and 11/18. The Attendance Summary Totals will show 2 Illness absences until the calendar date is 11/18, at which point it will show 3 Illness absences.
