Monthly Attendance Summary Report not printing for all Months selected. For example: Only Month 1 is printing when it should be Months 1-9.


Cause

The YTD records have not been created yet for all the months selected


Resolution

The user will need to run the reports for Months 2-9 for each month separately, ensure that the Recompute YTD Information box is selected.  

Alternatively, the user could select the option to Re-run ALL Months up to the selected month. However, this options will
  • Recalculate YTD for Month 1
  • Email the customer with the Monthly Attendance Summary Reports attached to the email - a PDF will not be generated within Aeries.
