Cause

The School Taken has not been added to the Course History Institution (CHI) table.


Resolution

Add the School to the Course History Institution table, after obtaining the basic information about the school (school name, address, CDS or other ID number).


Course History (CHI) school numbers from 0-999 are reserved for the Aeries School Codes that are used on the School Options (LOC) page.
