There are student addresses with blank address, city, state, and/or zip code fields

Resolution

Run the following query to isolate missing address fields

• LIST STU ID FN LN GR AD CY ST ZC RAD RCY RST RZC IF ( AD = " " OR CY = " " OR ST = " " OR ZC = " " ) 

Enter the missing data and re-run the District Attendance Letters
