District Attendance Letters will not generate

Schools using District Attendance Letters

Cause

There are student addresses with blank address, city, state, and/or zip code fields

Resolution

Run the following query to isolate missing address fields

• LIST STU ID FN LN GR AD CY ST ZC RAD RCY RST RZC IF ( AD = " " OR CY = " " OR ST = " " OR ZC = " " ) 

If the Mailing Address and Residence Address are different, enter the missing data and re-run the District Attendance Letters

If the Mailing Address and Residence Address are the same, the Change Address and Fix Bad Data option can be used.  Click on the Same checkbox and save the record and re-run the District Attendance Letters.
