This article details the differences between the Print N or More options on the Students with N or More Absences report in a Traditional Scheduling school.
Absences in Any Period:
Student must have the minimum number of absences in at least one period
They can have absences in other periods as well
Example: Looking for students with at least four Tardy codes in any one period
Results:
Total Period Absences:
Student must have the minimum number of total absences among all periods
This option will produce more students on the report
Example: Looking for students with at least four Tardy codes in Total
Results:
Total Period Absences/Wide:
Same results as the Total Period Absences non-wide version
The report prints in Landscape.
Absences are listed by individual date with a line for handwritten notes and a signature line
