To delete an entire Attendance Letter transaction:


1. Navigate to the Letter Log


2. Click on the Letter ID tab


3. Click on the Delete an Entire Transaction button



4. Select the Letter Transaction that needs to be deleted

  • Only one transaction can be deleted at a time

  • Ensure that the correct transaction (by date and user) is chosen as there may be multiple transactions for the same Letter ID


5. Click on the Delete Transaction button

  • If the transaction list is very long, scroll to the bottom to find the button
