Issue

The Extended Field SPECIALED is not pulling all students with an active Special Education record

Cause

The Extended Field SPECIALED pulls from the LCAP Dashboard, Special Education. The LCAP Dashboards automatically update overnight. If a user adds a new Special Education Program record for a student, it will take overnight for that new record to be synced with the LCAP Dashboard.

Resolution

Wait until the following day for new entries to process, then run the Query that is utilizing the Extended Field SPECIALED

Workaround

If the information is necessary in the same day, run the Process All Indicators Now process on the Analytics System Config page:
