Why is Course Requests Entry Not Available on the Student/Parent Portal?

1. Invalid Date Range - the date range(s) must be specified in Portal Options on the Scheduling Tab to allow students/parents to enter course requests

2. Permissions are not set - Student and/or Parent Portal Groups will need SSS permissions to add or modify Course Requests on the Portal
