Class Roster Report>Grade Roster produces a message "No information is available to print on your report. Select different options and try again"

Cause
For some schools, the Primary Class Sections are tagged with an the "X" in the Exclude field. This is because no grades are issued for the Primary Class, it is only used for Attendance. This will exclude the sections from Grades. However, it also excludes the Sections from reports that pull from Grades. The Class Roster Report>Grade Roster is an example of a report that pulls from Grades.
Resolution
On the Class Roster Report Options page, the user can choose to print Sections that do not have the "X" in the "Exclude" field. Or, the user can remove the "X" in the "Exclude" field from the Primary Class sections.
