Attendance Audit Listing - Audit Listing Y: Student has a Dropout code but has attendance data at school __

Cause: Student has a Dropout Exit Reason in the Summer Withdrawal Code STU.SWR field on Demographics > Student Data 2 tab, at one school but has Attendance data at another school.

Solution: Remove the Dropout Exit Reason at the school they are not attending, if the student is not a dropout

OR

Inactivate and withdraw the student at the school where they have active attendance if they are a dropout
