Attendance Audit Listing - Audit Listing Attendance X : Student has a Dropout Summer Withdrawal Reason but is active at school __ 

Cause: Student is actively enrolled but has a Dropout Code value in the Summer Withdrawal Reason (STU.SWR) field on Demographics > Student Data 2 tab.

Solution: Delete the Summer Withdrawal Reason if the student should be actively enrolled 

OR

Follow procedures to Inactivate the student if they should not be actively enrolled
