Issue

When printing the Class Roster Report, not all Sections are printed. 

Environment

• Scheduling type: Elementary w/Master, Secondary, Flexible
• Attendance type: Period or Daily

Cause

The User or Teacher who is printing the report has a value in the If you want a specific term, enter code box. This option limits the Sections printed to the listed Term. 

Example: If "S" Spring Term is entered, the Report will only print the Year long Sections and the Spring Sections. It will not print the Fall, Quarter 1, or Quarter 2 Sections.

Resolution

The If you want a specific term, enter code box should be blank if the User or Teacher wants to print all Class Rosters.
