1. Verify Settings and Open Grading Windows
  1. Navigate to Portal Options and click on the Grades Tab
  2. Ensure the desired Options are selected
  3. Check/Enter the Grading Window Dates for SBG and/GRD as applicable 


2. Initialize the New Grading Cycle

  1. Go to the Grade Reporting Process Dashboard
  2. Select B. Initialize
  3. Choose 1. Initialize New Grading Cycle




3. Select Options for New Grading Cycle

  1. On the Initialize New Grading Reporting Cycle page, select the correct Reporting Period
  2. Verify that the dates are correct. The dates will automatically populate when a Marking Period is selected
  3. Select the correct Mark to Initialize
  4. Click on Initialize GRD Table
