Issue

When sending a TREX record, the system returns an error message indicating that the element ‘grade level’ is unexpected at this point in the file. The expected element at this point of the file is one of the following elements: '{Course}'.

Cause

The Transcripts Definition page > General tab, under Record Details, the Low Grade and High Grade were set to the incorrect grade levels at the School.

Resolution

Change the Low Grade and High Grade to the correct grade levels for the School on the Transcripts Definition page > General tab, under Record Details.
