School Attendance Letters are being generated for the same student with each period's absences being listed on a separate letter.

Cause

This issue is caused by the presence of a Mail Tag in the Contact Record for the parent/guardian to whom the letter is addressed when the address listed on the student's Demographics page is the same as the address listed in the Contact record. 

Resolution

To prevent the generation of multiple letters for the same student, remove the Mail Tag from the Contacts if the address on the Demographics page is the same as the address in the Contact record.
