This article with provide district users to access documents uploaded during the  Online Enrollment process.

•  If  documents are uploaded during Online Enrollment the documents can be viewed  before the student is imported on the Import Student Data Page under the Documents tab. There is the ability to view the documents before you import the student to make sure it is the correct document that was requested. If it is the wrong document you can deselect the document and it will not import that document:
  

• Once the student is imported the documents will be found on the Student's Documents page
