How to Include a Virtual School in the CCGI Extract
To ensure a virtual school is included in the CCGI Export, follow these steps:
Transcript Information:
- Ensure that students at the virtual school have the same transcript information as students in the regular school.
Reporting Home School Field:
- The students at the virtual school must have the Reporting Home School (STU.HS) field filled out which will be pulled into the Attendance (ATT) and Enrollment (ENR) tables.
- The virtual school should be their primary enrollment. This should NOT be used on concurrently enrolled students.
School Options Page:
- The CDS Code must be blanked out on the School Options page.
- The College Board School Code must be set to ‘111111’ on the School Options page.
CCGI Schools Tab:
- When selecting schools on the CCGI Schools tab, ensure the virtual school is also selected along with any Reporting Home Schools.
