How To Configure Electronic Score Reporting For The New Year


The State Electronic Score Reports page in Aeries is a View of the Student Score Report that is set up to automatically update when scores are available.

The User Name and Secret Key can be entered on the 3rd party System Connections page in Aeries as seen below: https://support.aeries.com/support/solutions/articles/14000085664-security-and-set-up-for-state-electronic-test-scores-reports 


However, if the District has rolled over to the new school year and is still expecting test scores from the previous school year, select the option to Run for Previous Academic Year found on the Configure Electronic Score Report Processing page:

The Run For Previous Academic Year option will run the process for the prior year's testing administration. It may be beneficial to enable this option at the beginning of a new school year in the event that score reports are still becoming available for the prior year testing administration. 


Enable this option until scores for the current year are available, then disable the option.
