Issue: When using Flex Scheduling, there is no Teacher (TCH) record so the Elec Tag (TCH.ET) field cannot be set to exclude a Teacher from attendance taking. Attendance is submitted by the office staff, but the teacher continues to show on the Missing Attendance Report. 


Question: Where can it be marked that the teacher does not take electronic attendance, similar to the Elec Tag (TCH.ET) field on a Teacher record?  


Answer:  At this time, there is not a way to mark the teacher's Staff record where the attendance is not taken electronically.  Since an office staff user account will be taking attendance for the specific teacher, the way to show that attendance was submitted for the teacher's Sections is to use the Classroom Attendance page. The user would mark the Mark Attendance as Complete for this Teacher option.
